A daily puzzle challenge that tracks each day of the year!
The original Roman calendar consisted of 355 days. To keep it on track with the rotation of the Earth around the sun, an intercalary month of 27 or 28 days was sometimes added to the calendar.
But, corrupt politicians would abuse the addition or subtraction of this extra month to either extend their terms in office or shorten the terms of their opponents.
So, to solve this issue, Julius Caesar proposed the Julian Calendar in 46 BC, which is what our current calendar is based on today! (With some adjustments issued by Pope Gregory XIII in 1582.)
With the True Genius Caesar’s Calendar, every day is a unique challenge as you arrange the blocks so only the correct month, date, and weekday are showing.
